The House Project of 2007- 2008

Bought in Aug 1, 2007, it was a foreclosure

3-4 bed , 1. 5 Bath, Located in Campbell, Ohio, includes 2 big lots, property is 100' x 150', 1 paved of 2 driveways, Taxes yrly. $528.30 on both Lots & House.

I Replaced all the plumbing in the house with CPVC piping, Updated Electrical wiring , Fixed the Roofs & Windows, I  should be done with the Whole House by this Fall 2008. It was a bit rough inside, but the outside property & house was very nice with white vinyl siding  with a big yard, came out to be a nice house with a nice big piece of property.

 I have almost $10K in it counting - Purchase cost, Closing cost, Material cost, Hired labor cost, $528 taxes.

 Came to this area to buy & fix houses up, '' a mans heart plans his way ''.

 Bath, all new sheet rock ceiling & walls, also I put in a Shower Light +  Center Fan-Light + Bar Light

 Dining Room, sheet rocked now with paint 

Living Room, just needs repainting

Bed 2 being worked on, all walls & ceiling sheet rocked, ceiling + walls, just needs paint now

Bed 3 being worked on, It's the best redone room in the house now, new everything, good sunshine light in the morning & thought out the day.
