2008 Lately while my business is slow because of the economy, I've been working on my solar micro-controller boards, programming them, experimenting in the mean time while I have some not wanted down time, in a way it's a good thing to be able to put my time in on my hobbies and to get positive things done during the slow times. Update - Jan 1 soon, all is picking up well, I expect this New year to be very well, can't wait almost in a way....

Out-of-pocket expenses From Wikipedia , the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search Out-of-pocket expenses are direct outlays of cash which may or may not be later reimbursed. In operating a vehicle, gasoline, parking fees and tolls are considered out-of-pocket expenses for the trip. Insurance, oil changes, and interest are not, because the outlay of cash covers expenses accrued over a longer period of time. The services rendered and other in-kind expenses are not considered out-of-pocket expenses, nor are depreciation of capital goods or depletion. Organizations often reimburse out-of-pocket expenses incurred on their behalf, especially expenses incurred by employees on their employers' behalf. In the United States, out-of-pocket expenses for such things as charity, medical bills, and education may be deductions on federal income taxes, according to IRS regulations. To be out of pocket is to have expended personal resources, often unexpectedly or unfairly, at the end of some enterprise. Since at least 1970, the phrase out of pocket has been occasionally used as a synonym for out of contact.
It is interesting to note that prior to the introduction of modern methods to determine the alcohol content (proof) of distilled spirits, black powder was used for this purpose, Equal amounts of the alcoholic drink and black powder were mixed and set on fire. If it did not burn, it was “underproof” and did not contain enough alcohol. If it burned with too bright or too yellowish a fame, it was “overproof” & contained too much alcohol. If it burned with a steady blue fame, it was correct.

At lease I'll share what I've learned so far in life on the subject. you can get started for less than $50 in parts, You'll learn PIC Design & Programming. You can later build & program your own System , I've been building PIC projects for since 1986, I took allot on the subject in collage a while back, then 10 yrs later I started with forth language, I've done Assembly programming, Some C code, I like Basic Language, because you can have a working unit up and running in a few hours, including all hardware, working beta software. ( PIC's are in Everything Smart ) Anything that needs smart controlling or smart human interfacing, then a PIC = Programmable Interface Controller is inside of it

1960-80 Grew up in Sussex country NJ, lived about 1 mile from the Peaquest river, it's about the best river to fish for trout in NJ, I spent everyday I could, every extra hour I could get to go for most of my child hood riding my bike to the river after school everyday it seemed like, spending many great times there, what a good fishing life as a youngster I had . It's as good as it gets between the Peaquest river, NJ & the time there as a kid that loves fishing. 1986-87 - Lived in LA Cal I use to go trout fishing every weekend up in the Angles Forest, it was off the 5 freeway about a half a hour north of LA.Cal. 1992 - In NJ, a friend & me would be on the trout stream by 5am & have our limit by 6:30 am, we did this all summer for days a week one year long time ago. 2006 - To the Left, a trout I caught one day in PA, 2006 , it was a larger one in my fishing life so I kept it. 2009 - Caught a 17" trout on march 6/09, I Returned it back to the stream for another day. |

Earth's
Life 4.5 billion yr old earth,
after it cooled 3.5 billion years ago when water and lava mixed that
made our earth continents crust called granite, earth as is a Granite
Planet, then stramadities made oxygen, that mixed with sea water that
moved the iron out of the water and made the water rich in oxygen &
the water blue, then the oxygen to the atmosphere and mixed with the
carbon dioxide in the air that made our atmosphere we breath today, 659
million yrs ago rodinnia (ice pack ball) the ice age, after the ice ball
broke apart, the cameriam period came, 500 million yrs ago, then came
super rich oxygen planet, then complex life came, with eyes, teeth &
bones, 400 million yrs ago, with the new ozone shield life was able to
leave the oceans and live on land, then came the carnivorous period for
the next 60 million yrs, with plants growing that's where coal came from
and made oil and gas also. now 4.25 billion from the start we have the
first complete biosphere, then came the making of panagia with 95% of
life lost as a volcanic earth crust bubbled went on for 100 million yrs,
then came the super continent, then came the dinosaurs - meaning
terrible lizard, then 180 million yrs ago the split the pangeia
continent, as made today's north America, ect, , 265-65 million yrs ago
dinosaurs roamed the earth, then 65 million then a 6 miles across meteor
hit, helped to kill them all, death from above. at the same time India
was erupting many volcanoes, between them both it covered the earth in a
blanket of dust in the sky, 50 million yrs ago came mammals then 2
million yrs ago the ice age came and then 10 thousand yrs ago humans
came, and still here today with the warmth, with glazier melt and cover
the earth again completely in water till the next ice age or a meteor
hits again "what will be first".
The First Thanksgiving was in 1621, a day of sharing, celebration . Plymouth pilgrims or New Englanders, after a hard winter and many dieing from the harsh winter, by spring 52 settlers were still alive after the settlers didn't know how to grow crops in the northeast, then the pilgrim plantationers met Quimum a Indian native who taught then what to grow and how to grow the crops to stay alive, then 1623. in 1705 a ship was frozen in Plymouth bay that had the towns molasses on board being delivered, and the town postponed thanksgiving for a week till the molasses could be unloaded so they had it to make pumpkin pie as what is thanksgiving without pumpkin pie.. became a day of family reunion in new England was becoming common in the 1800's. , Sara Hale saw thanksgiving as a way of uniting the county as a whole so war slowed to start or happen at all was her goal. the proclamation was put on the books in 1863 .
